What can we do to boost our own immune system should we be in contact with infections? Quality sleep, low stress levels and good exercise will boost our immune system. So when you set time aside to relax, meditate or exercise just remember it is not just your mental health that will benefit, you will also actively be helping your immune system become more resilient to infections too.
