Delighted to be asked to be a guest speaker on how the menopause can have an impact on the workplace alongside Jenny Arrowsmith, partner at Irwin Mitchell. It is important that all women and men are aware of this life transition and receive accurate and trusted information about how it can be managed more effectively both from a health and wellbeing aspect and needing to understand the employment law obligations.
